3. Shipping & Handling

Processing Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped from Donghai, China (The World’s Crystal Capital) within 1-2 business days.

Secure Packing: We use professional-grade shockproof packaging to ensure your crystals arrive safely.

Tracking: A tracking number will be automatically synced to your PayPal and email once shipped.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Custom Orders: As crystal claims in live streams are unique and held specifically for you, we generally do not accept cancellations after the live stream ends.

Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will provide a full or partial refund based on the situation.
